From the design brief, we create initial pegs, floor plan and perspectives.

Revisions will happen at this point and we'll work together to achieve your dream space.

PLANNING
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

From the approved design, we'll create construction documents and working drawing for bidding and quotation.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We'll study the bids and quotation to award the best contractor and supplier to do the job.

IMPLEMENTATION
CONSTRUCTION PHASE

The part where we'll be turning your space from drawing to reality.

We'll be conducting ocular inspection to assure the quality of workmanship.

TURN-OVER

The final step. We'll do final punch listings and supervise the deliveries of soft finishes.

We'll also purchase decorative items for styling to make the space livable!
